Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This policy applies to the independent guide website at ivcam.app. We do not develop or operate the iVCam mobile or Windows applications. Information processed by the iVCam software is governed by e2eSoft's own policies.
Information We Process
When you visit this website, our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested URL, approximate country, event timestamps, and basic interaction data. We use this information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site.
If you email us, we process your email address, message, attachments, and any information you choose to provide so we can respond. Please do not send passwords, license keys, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive diagnostic data.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, referrers, countries, and device categories. We use these measurements to improve navigation and guides. Our current implementation does not use Plausible to identify individual visitors.
Advertising, Google, and Cookies
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses or other device identifiers, and process information about visits in order to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads. Third-party vendors may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on this visit and visits to other sites, subject to consent and applicable law.
You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services on Google's business data responsibility page. You can manage personalized advertising through Google's ad settings and review additional opt-out choices at YourAdChoices.
Where required, we will request consent through an applicable consent-management platform before using advertising cookies or personalized advertising. Refusing optional advertising cookies should not block access to our editorial content.
Legal Bases and Choices
Depending on your location, we process essential hosting and security data to provide the site and protect legitimate interests; process contact messages to respond to your request; and rely on consent for optional advertising or similar storage where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent through the consent controls presented on the site when those technologies are active.
You may also block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect optional preferences but should not prevent access to the site's core guides.
Sharing and Retention
We may share limited data with hosting, security, analytics, email, and advertising providers only as needed to deliver their services, comply with law, or protect the site and its users. We do not sell personal information.
We retain contact messages only as long as reasonably necessary to answer them, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Hosting and analytics retention depends on operational and security needs.
International Processing and Security
Providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children
This website is a general-audience technical resource and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through this website.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest material revision.
