About the iVCam Watermark
The most common question from new users — here's everything you need to know.
What Is the Watermark?
The free version of iVCam places a small "iVCam" text watermark in the top-left corner of your video output. This watermark appears in all applications that use the iVCam virtual camera — including Zoom, Teams, OBS, and any recording software.
How to Remove the Watermark
Purchase any paid plan (Basic, Premium, or Permanent) to permanently remove the watermark and ads. You can purchase directly in the iVCam mobile app by tapping the "iVCam" watermark on the video, or via the "Purchase" button in app Settings. Alternatively, buy a PC Client license from the official website.
Free Trial & Rewarded Ads
Before purchasing, you get a full-featured trial period. After the trial expires, video resolution drops to 640×480 and some features like Camera Settings become restricted. You can watch rewarded ads in the app to temporarily continue testing all features at full quality.
How to Purchase iVCam
Two simple ways to unlock the full version — choose whichever is most convenient for you.
Option 1: In-App Purchase (Recommended)
Buy directly inside the iVCam mobile app via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The licensed app can freely connect to any iVCam PC client without additional registration.

- 2Tap the "iVCam" watermark on the video, or go to Settings → Purchase
- 3Choose your plan: Basic Annual, Premium Annual, or Permanent
- 4Complete payment through Apple App Store or Google Play
In-app purchases are managed by Apple and Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Option 2: PC Client License
Purchase a license code from the official E2ESOFT website and register it in the iVCam Windows PC client. The licensed PC client accepts connections from any iPhone or Android phone without restrictions.

You only need to buy one side — either the app or the PC client. There's no need to purchase both.
Manage Your Purchase

Restore Purchases
Switched devices or reinstalled the app? Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account. On iOS, use the "Restore Purchases" button on iVCam's purchase page. On Android, sign in to Google Play with the same account.
Family Sharing (iOS)
iVCam supports Apple's Family Sharing feature. Share your purchase with up to six family members at no additional cost. Note: purchases cannot be shared between iOS and Android devices.
Upgrade or Downgrade
You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. On iOS, you'll receive a prorated refund for the remaining Basic period. On Android, you pay only the price difference for the remaining period. Downgrading from Premium to Basic takes effect at the next renewal date.
Cancel Subscription
Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the current billing period ends.
Request a Refund
Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google, not by iVCam directly. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play refund request page. Note: Permanent licenses are non-refundable.
